Job description

Position: Software Engineer (AI-Native Platform & Integrations) Type: Full-time position Compensation: $70-$110 per hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities Own core product delivery end-to-end, including platform foundations, integrations, analytics surfaces, and pilot launch support Build AI-native workforce management platform components, including core entities, workflows, permissions, and multi-tenant foundations Develop an omni-tool integration layer, including connectors, event ingestion, sync, and actions Build real-time analytics dashboards with live metrics, drill-downs, and exports Architect an agentic tool-use layer compatible with MCP-style patterns, including tool registry, permissions, runtime, and observability Ship production features across backend and frontend Design and implement a scalable integrations framework Set up strong engineering hygiene, including testing, observability, and on-call readiness for the pilot Iterate quickly and pragmatically Requirements Strong practical software engineering skills with the ability to ship end-to-end features independently Experience building SaaS products with APIs, data models, and production constraints Deep comfort with integrations, including OAuth2, webhooks, API pagination, rate limiting, and sync semantics Effective use of AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT while maintaining strong standards around tests, interfaces, and guardrails Familiarity with MCP-style tool interfaces or building tool servers Clear communication skills with the ability to explain tradeoffs and align stakeholders Application Process (Takes 20 Mins) Upload resume Interview (15 min) Submit form #J-18808-Ljbffr
